IBC Bank

I deposited a $3,000 check 7-14-10 but it isn't reflected on-line even as "pending". When I called the bank, I was asked to be "on-hold" but after 5 minutes I hung up.

I have been banking at this branch since it became IBC, having my personal and business account there.

Other branches, i.e., IBC Downtown and Douglas (MWC) seem to have much more "on the ball" when it comes to efficiency.

Also, I understand that this branch is a "training station" for a number of new employees. Even so, as a business owner, staff development is critical for efficiency.
