If this is Chris May's company, I highly suggest that you never do business with this man. He had my loan for 5 months, never communicated with me what was going on with it until I asked (and then I had to wait days before receiving a response), he ignored calls and texts from my realtor, and even the listing agent.



He has horrible communication skills and I can't believe he's even in business. Just found out that my loan was denied and that's not even the issue. The issue is that I could have been told this 3 months ago and not lost out on my earnest money and paid for an appraisal and inspection.



Again - go almost anywhere else for a home loan except for here. You can thank me later.
