The worst pedicure I ever had! I got the deluxe spa pedicure. The entire process took 35 minutes. The technician was distracted and watching the business and vying for new customers the entire time. Next to no massage. They must be cutting back on materials to save money. The scrub and mask were minimal. I will never go back

Hair stylist almost cut me while cutting my hair and was very ruff with me. Would not recommend going here to anyone.

I went to get my nails done, they have a hair salon so I gave it a try, took 2 hours to get my nails done so running late and still needed my hair done! The hair place inside is JT Salon. A:took 3+ hours to do what should have only taken an hour and a half. B:charged more than what prices showed. C:I said I was military and it had to be in regulation, the lady said she understood, the color she put in is not what I asked for, nor is it in regulation. She only did HALF highlights without telling me! D:it literally hurt, she kept pulling on my hair and pushing my head around I got a head ache! E:she refused to fix it because- "I won't fix it because you are unhappy." If I was happy with it I wouldn't need to get it fixed! E:Called security because I asked for my tip back! It was for my birthday, I am military, physically disabled and have to use a cane to get around and this is how she treated me? I have never been so insulted, overcharged and just plain out embarrassed anywhere else!
