Ajax Kawasaki

I have been doing business with Ajax for over 10 years. The people there have always been a great deal of help! From Sales, Service and the guys in the Parts department, very knowledgeable and helpful.
I look forward to the next 10 years of doing business with them!

I dropped of a bayou 220 it would bog down at half throttle. I just had it rebuilt and the guy calls me back and said it needs to be rebuilt lol .

Then a week later they said it was fixed ready to pick up. I was in a hurry and just loaded it up but they said they threw a new carb on it . For $890.00 they had it idling when I picked it up . I finally got to ride it and it still had the same problem .I could have thrown a new carb on for $320 . The reason I took it to them was their supposed to know what their doing lol I don't think I will ever use them again . Just not a good experience for me I'm sure they do fix some bikes if their still in business I can only assume they do .

Take my dirtbikes in for routine maintenance and frequently buy parts/ gear. Thay have always had great prices and performed all maintenance in a timely manner! As for the other review stating they were not approached with sales help, I would rather ask someone if i need help than be smothered!

Well I went in to the service department with a couple questions about some problems my atv was having, after describing it to the Service "Manager" quite a few times I could tell he still had no idea what I was talking about. Instead of trying to figure out the problem he just pulled out a half a$$ed solution out of his a$$ that had nothing to do with the problem my quad was having. He also didn't seem to even know the difference between a 2 and 4 stroke. The rest of the staff back there and atmosphere of the store was pretty great, I just think they need some better management in the service area

I took my motorcyle & jet ski here for basic maintance and over the phone I was told 2-3 days, well 3weeks later no work was ever started or done to either.. Kept getting the excuse that one of their workers quit and it delayed the work. Went to pick up my jet ski and they told me it was $90 REALLY!? for being lied to and weeks of waiting w/out even a courtesy call. I considered buying a new jet ski from here but I will never call or set foot in this place again.. Wish I had 2more hands to give them 4 thumbs down...

Well, I went in with the intention of buying my wife and I new motorcycle. I was ignored, I was not approached and after 30 mintues we left. I don't know how most motorcycle dealers act, but I'll never be back there!
