Advanced Tile Concepts consists of a father/son team that has spent years in the business. They arrived on time to deliver an estimate, which I felt was reasonable. I compared their estimate to two other quotes and decided that ATC was my best option. They began work on the agreed upon day, and finished a day early while staying within the budget. They were polite and professional at all times, they ensured that they cleaned up after themselves, and they even helped my girlfriend by moving and reinstalling all utilities that they had to move to tile the area. Despite our house being built in 2008, the master shower was not adequately waterproofed, some of the grout and tiles were failing, and there was a musty smell in adjoining rooms from water damage. I solicited quotes from four contractors, and Rusty's quote from Advanced Tile Concepts was the most thorough and competitive. He provided immediate responses to all of the questions I texted him and helped point us in the right direction when selecting materials. I researched the waterproofing system he uses, and it is the most state of the art system currently on the market. When it came time for him to do the work, he showed up when he said he would, was incredibly courteous, and kept the worksite clean. Demo of our old shower revealed extensive mold and water damage to the underlying studs. Rusty replaced the damaged studs, installed the Schluter waterproofing system, and then the tile that we picked out. As you can see from the photos, he did an immaculate job with the tile. Everything is perfect. There were no surprises with the entire process, and we are going to hire Advanced Tile Concepts to do more work in our home.
