        I am rating them low I on professionalism and promptness because of their insistence on making me go through some call center in another state instead of being able to call my local store directly for a simple question. It's a waste of my time to state something twice and still end up with them connecting me to the store, which I should have been able to do I my own to start with. Other than that I really like their service and prices. Had them come install a windshield on my truck while I was at work a while back. Very convenient.

        Excellent customer service. I had a crack in my windshield in January. The technician came to my house and repaired the crack and also fixed two other dings that I didn't know that I had. The crack is hardly visible anymore. The technician also vacuumed my car. The technician was professional and friendly.

        I wanted to use these people to repalce my windsheild, but you can't reach them with questions except for through the national call center. So I went with another company. It worked out well using a company for which I was allowed to actually speak to a person locally. Maybe this is not important for other people.
