        I have never had a problem at Stilettos. I do know that they have a return policy but its stated at each register. I love shopping at this store and they also have really good prices. I will continue to shop at this store.

        Horrible return policy. You better be 110% sure you want what you are buying because you would have a better chance of winning the lottery than returning to purchase something else. Customer service was terrible as well!!!! I guess they don't have enough confidence in the products they sale. Terrible
