I went in for a loose perm and cut. I have hair only a few inches past my neck and was charged extra for long hair. So the $65 I was quoted from the manager turned out to be $83. Plus the $35 I was quoted somehow turned into $40 for a cut! Not even 24 hours after this perm my hair is flat! Very disappointed with the service and services I received. Also the stylists did not seem to put much care and attention into her work. She complained about having to do my hair and not having time to put on her make-up and fix her hair that morning. Because it is a business you should care more about your clients appearance while you are working on them than your own vanity!
