Bob Mills Furniture

angel Armendarez 3-7-2014 I bought a recliner, paid cash on 3-4-14 & was told I could pick it up on 3-1-14 after 2pm I had to pay someone to go help me to unload it at my house, when I got there they said it was not there that the truck had not run. I was told it might be in the following week so I asked them for my cash back so I could go buy one somewhere else, they said they could not pay me my money that it would take 1 1/2 to 2 weeks before I got a check in the mail. pretty sad that this big of a store doesn't have any cash to pay you back what is already yours, it didn't take me 2 weeks to pay them

We went to Bob Mills or living room furniture and found the perfect set. The only problem was they didn't have it in stock before we were moving out of state. Our salesperson jumped through hoops to get Bob Mills to sell us the floor model. We were ecstatic. I went in to pay a down payment, with cash, to hold it for us. We were told that since they were selling us the floor model, we couldn't pick it up until Friday. I went back on Friday to pay the remaining balance and arrange pick-up, and was told that it had been sold to someone else and was already gone. We were encouraged to look for another set we might like, but decided that we no longer had any desire to purchase from a company that sells what has already been sold. I went to get my deposit back, and was told that they would send me a check in 10-14 days. They have great, sturdy, well made furniture at great prices, but we wont be doing business there any more. Beware of purchasing from this store. although they "did everything we could," they still fell very short of good customer service and common sense.
