The entire staff was friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long before seeing the Dr. Shingala, and he was very kind. Will definitely go back next time I need dental care.

I drove from Alpine to Odessa, 150 miles, only to be told that my appointment had been canceled and a message had been left on my answering machine at 12:46 a.m. (I was on the road for my appointment at 2:00 p.m.) I made another appointment and drove the 300 mile round trip again only to be told they couldn't do the repair even though they'd done it before. Do not rely upon Aspen Dental for customer satisfaction.

This place is not a good place to go. All I wanted to do was get a teeth cleaning. I am from California but I live in Texas so I usually see my regular dentist when I am home. I wasn't able to do that this time so I was scrambling to get my teeth cleaning done. I go every 6 months. Well, I went to Aspen Dental in Odessa and they decided I needed about 8 fillings and that I had a lot of "suspecious" things that they need to keep a watch on. I went to my regular dentist about 6 months before this appointment. How do I get that many cavities??? They wanted me to spend about $3,000 on this crap. I always take care of my teeth and they gave me this assessment without even actually cleaning my teeth! What the hell!?! At one point, I missed the dentist for two years and I still only had two fillings, so what is the deal with saying I needed 8 fillings? So I went on a Saturday, spent two and a half hours of my time and got a bill for $3,000 of work they wanted to complete in two weeks and I still didn't get my teeth cleaned.....that was the worst experience I have ever had. P.S. They still charged me $200 for the so called extensive exam when they didn't even do what I wanted them to do....so stupid.
