General manager is often not on the premises and does not respond to phone or email messages.

I bought a jeep from these guys and the salesman lied to me about the year model, then promised to make me a spare key and as soon as the papers were signed kicked me to the curb, service manager said he'd get me fixed up and never returned any phone calls, go somewhere else or get what you want before you sign any papers, they'll blow you off as soon as they get their money!!
