When this place 1st opened, their food delivery was so fresh and good; plus they were one of the few who gave free extras like egg rolls or cans of soda w/ your order if you order amount exceeded $20. And after years of ordering from them, I noticed that their food was starting to hurt my stomach and the food was no longer looking or tasting fresh. So I did an experiment & I called there wanting fried rice w/o soy sauce already added to the rice. I told them I was allergic to soy and couldn't have it in my food. They responded by saying that I need to order something else then b/c their food is pre-made and they add soy sauce in the batch they make earlier. They never said they would make me a fresh order for me being allergic to soy sauce. I know you don't have to have soy sauce w/ the fried rice b/c what if you were indeed allergic to soy, or you can't have soy sauce b/c it has high salt content, or what if you just don't like the taste of soy sauce. So, they rather skip out on sale versus to make a fresh batch of food for a new order. That's when what I suspected was true, they have old food that's pre-made & it sits around all day until it's used. I stopped ordering from there instantly!
