Chuck ‘Buck’ Rogers became licensed in 1993 after being in the corporate fine dining business for 29 years. He was 10 years with the Chart House chain and another 18 years opening 4 restaurants of his own. In 1994 Chuck joined Coldwell Banker when he attended Coldwell Banker University, 1994 to 1996 when tough times for real estate, but Chuck persevered to his pursuit of knowledge concerning short sales and bank owned properties. Chuck represents home sellers and attends classes concerning sellers having financial challenges; whether created by death, divorce or loss of job or medical reasons. Chuck “Buck” Rogers is an expert at performing these types of transactions. Chuck is a California BROKER AND A GRADUATE OF THE REAL ESTATE INSTITUTE. Chuck also RESTRUCTURES LOANS TO “SAVE” HOMEOWNERS who are in jeopardy of losing their home!! In 1995, Chuck joined RE/MAX of California and Hawaii. RE/MAX awarded Chuck the production and service level of a Platinum Achievement award for five years running. This is the highest award RE/MAX gives for an individual agent. Chuck also ranked in the top 100 out of 8600 agents in the California-Hawaii area. Chuck is now a BROKER and has an assistant who directs management and marketing. Chuck’s team also has 3 buying agents. Chuck’s production puts him in the top 5% of all agents nationwide. Chuck left RE/MAX of Carlsbad, CA in 2003. Chuck was asked to be a part owner of the Keller Williams new franchise outlet in Carlsbad. Keller Williams is currently ranked the fourth most populated franchise in the United States. Chuck has been awarded the triple and quadruple gold awards at Keller Williams. He was on the Agent Leadership Council for the market center; this council makes management decisions for the center. Just recently Chuck left Keller Williams to begin his own brokerage. The name of Chuck’s new brokerage Realty Consultants & Associates and is incorporated in the State of California. Continuing education is a constant endeavor. Chuck believes knowledge and experience are very valuable assets in real estate. Chuck is a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute. He earned the GRI designation in 2003. This designation takes 1 year to attain and covers many aspects of real estate, from a simple home purchase to the complexity of commercial properties. Chuck and his team combine knowledge and experience with ethics and trust to deliver a proper transaction. Our goal is to satisfy all parties to every transaction.
