whats the point of offering a oil change, if u dont have the filter. then employees dont put much effort in looking for it, or in the book. replacement of battery w warranty!! lazy..supervisors take there time when called on loud speaker for approval. the bad part was the employee pleaded w woman supervisor to speed the exchange. just exchange not install ""exchange"" it was one other person there,took a hr!! THIS WAS AWHILE AGO, just got fed up w walmart. u should have general managers come through as customers,and get car repairs. setup cameras for supervisors to..clean house.

Wow. Yeah, Wal Mart's Automotive Center stinks. I mean, I knew that, but really, it stinks. You would save money and time just going and paying more. Just got back from trying to replace their lousy tires that wore out under warantee. They said I needed new tires, didn't have anyone to do it (hadn't bothered to schedule anyone), and then asked me to wait 3 hours. When I said I couldn't, they said they would call a guy and then proceeded to try and get me to ... you guessed it ... wait around for 3 hours. I mean, wow. Oh, and the manager appears petrified of customers. Seriously, just skip it.

walmart has excellent prices. Every week there is a good deal on their movies. my husband is a fisherman and in walmart you can get your licenses and tackle equipment.
