        Great service! They always have a loaner car available and help me get things working they way they should. The latest example was my new Android phone - loading contacts, getting handsfree name dialing to work right, etc.

        My initial contact with Audi was quite pleasant. There were a few bumps to get over throughout the whole process. At some points a felt a bit pressured. Overall, I'm very pleased with my vehicle. I'm also pleased that the dealer emailed me a week after the purchase to see how I was doing with my vehicle. Najla.asaad@gmail.com

        What a great experience I had ...

        What a great experience I had at Mazda of Oakland. I went for a headlight bulb change - they got me in on time for my appt; changed it within 15minutes; and only charged me for the light bulb - $26!! I told the service advisor of my experience at another Mazda dealer that charged me $135 - he said wow - we don't charge for labor on a light bulb change - that would just be bad customer service!! He is right - I will from now on only go to Mazda of Oakland. WONDERFUL SERVICE!!!

        The right spot

        Always a smile and always pleasant and friendly and they remember your name. I really like the environment people. I always come to Mazda of Oakland .from San Francisco.
