        Matt was wonderful. My husband is a big guy (6'6") with back problems, and he got us in a good car that fit our budget. Great customer service!

        everyone that I encountered were very helpful and courteous. the car that I was expecting wasn't available and the were no issues with upgrading to another vehicle. From the front counter, to parking lot attendant as well as the person at the exit as well as the person greeting me upon return they were all on par and would get a 10 from me. 2nd time in Oakland in about a 2-3 month period and service is flawless. Keep up the good work.

        Enterprise cars are always clean and in good condition. The rental agent made sure we looked the car over before we left to note any marks, etc. We picked up at the airport, and it was very quick.
