Black Diamond Holdings

The purpose of this letter is to compliment Michon Blount, agent at Black Diamond Real Estate, my realtor. I must establish up fornt and would be remiss if i didn't give you some background on my experience with realtors in the past, of which Michon is the antithesis.

In September of 2008 I started working with a company in my area that specializes in helping first time homebuyers navigate through the process of homeownership. upon my initial oan qualification I was instructed to choose a realtor from a list they provided. Michon was not listed with them at that time. My first two realtors, mind you I said two, were not conscientious, customer focused, or willing to show houses. Both realtors wanted me to sign an exclusive agreement them but neither was willing or available to show me houses for the year i worked with them. They wanted me to jump through hoops to prequalify a house before they were willing to even talk with the listing agent.

My relationship with Michon started in 2011. I must say that I was a little shell shocked after my previous realtor/client relationships tanked. Both previous realtors just dropped me as a client with no explanation and worse thatn that without ever providing me any service and wasting over a year of my time. I began working with Michon with great trepidation after having alrady invested nearly 3 years to no avail. Michon not only was up fo the job but has untiringly sent me houses to review electronically and planned weekly outings to view no less than 10 houses at a time. She has been the epitome of professionalism, decicaiton and embodies what the true nature of a realtor/client relationship should be. Although, I ahve not found my dream house to date, it is not for lack of trying and the submission of offers on her part.

To use the slogan of an insurance company to close this letter of recommendation know that if you work with Michon/Black Diamond Real Estate, you are "in good hands". She had cared for me as a client protecting my interest and I amconfident she and her company would do no less for any other clients.
