        Horrible! I decided to go with...

        Horrible! I decided to go with a different hotel and I called and canceled my stay with best western...well, they kept my reservation anyway and charged my account. Now it's my word against there’s! Very dishonest place of business! Don’t spend your money at a best western!!!!!!!!
