        I suggest everyone check out CH Architects Ltd. in Oak Park, IL, for all their residential and commercial design and construction needs. They designed and built our new home and did an excellent job.

        There are several reasons for my strong support in performing our due diligence. My wife and I solicited numerous bids for the job, CH + architect & contraction was the ONLY firm where both the architect and construction manager attended all planning meetings, and all questions could be answered, subsequently he was extremely professional, thorough and was on-site and hands-on for virtually everything his subcontractors did. CH + architect & contraction manager is a highly professional outfit with great communication and planning that really took into account our needs as a client and worked with us to fulfill the vision we had of our kitchen addition.         Overall

        CH + architects & builders are truly a one stop shop for finding home improvement design professionals. Within hour of calling to help me with my architectural and construction of new second floor addition I had call from Chester architect. Now we are almost finished all main carpentry and ready to start interiors. I'll definitely use him again and recommend them to others.
