Had a great expirence. I called 2 hours after close and the owner Tom happened to still be there and answered the phone. he had the item I was looking for in stock and he let me come to the store so I could pick up the instal kit that I needed. He gave me great advice on how to install me radio and even left me his cell phone number if I had any questions. I loved that he went above and beyond. This is my new home for my car audio needs.
