Gardner White Furniture & Mattress Store

Never again will I shop in this store. We purchased a bedroom set back in May and were told that the set was out of stock and would be in by end of May/beginning of June at the latest. Ok fine, no big deal we thought...Well, it is now JULY and we only have HALF a bedroom set. The bed frame arrived with broken storage drawers so there are two gaping holes in our frame at the foot of our bed, it has been like this for over 3 weeks now.

We are still waiting on our dresser and chest. The estimated date keeps getting pushed back, it went from beginning of June to mid June to end of June and so on. I called over the weekend and it has now been pushed back to mid July. This is ridiculous. I talked to the store manager and what a joke! I asked her to just take the few items they delivered back because we ordered a FULL BEDROOM SET not part of a bedroom set. She told me there would be a 25% restocking fee. Then she tried to offer me a gift card for our troubles. I am in shock. Is this really how they handle business and treat their customers? My fiance and I spent a lot of money on this furniture and we have literally been living out of laundry baskets. We are beyond frustrated and are currently figuring out what our next step is.
