- A1 DELIVERY PROCESS would like to grant your firm access to our company. Our Chief Officer T. D. Couch, Sr. was formerly a 36th District Court Officer in Detroit, MI. We have Court Officers, Court Bailiffs, and Court Constables ready to provide your firm with our professional, efficient, timely, and accurate delivery of your legal documents. We provide legal process for the following services: Divorce Cases, Civil Summons, PPOs, Subpoenas, Landlord Tenant Disputes, All Case Filings, and Garnishments. We attempt to serve our legal process in two (2) person teams when the service is considered difficult, to provide you the client with photos of the service, or if necessary a second party witness' testimony of the service. We provide legal process for the entire state of Michigan.

Thank you J. Cunningham we do our best to make sure our customers are pleased with our service and that they refer A1 Delivery Process to others.
He did not have to time to fully explain the process, matter of fact I really did not get the gentlemens name; we did not have time for all that. I needed someone served immediatly, He drove from Novi to Detroit within 30 minutes and and 40 minutes later the job was done. The next day a receipt was in my mail box and a copy of the signed papers. Oh and by the way the actual transaction of business took place in a parking lot. Very affordable. Very professional.

I would recommend A1 Delivery Process to anyone needing this service. I was treated respectfully and the process was explained to the tee! My current situation was taken into consideration and plans were made around what was best for that situation. After the service, everything was taken care. With A1, there are no worries.
