        I'm extremely disappointed with this place. The office staff are unfriendly and rude. Regardless of whether you have an appointment or not there is ALWAYS a wait! We typically wait 1.5+ hrs before even getting called back to a room. Then another 20+ minutes to see the dr. We will be finding a new physician immediately. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time here.

        I've only been here twice, but already feeling I made a mistake in moving to this clinic. Doctor seemed knowledgeable, but staff is horrible. For most of my needs, I've had to leave a message and could never speak to a real person on phone. Once when I could, had to repeat myself several times and then put on hold endlessly such that I had to disconnect the call. The receptionist couldn't even understand basic requests related to insurance and was quick to give irrelevant advice without even trying to understand my request. If same poor experience with staff repeats, I would definitely consider moving from this clinic!
