Chili's Grill & Bar

This was the worst experience I have ever had eating out. Took forever to get our food the orders were wrong and over cooked. We sat there for 15-20 minutes waiting for our check. Server ignored us when we tried to get a Togo box and our check. Then when I sent my family to the car so I could handle the check then he rushed over once he thought we were going to walk him. He FINALLY brought the to go box and then proceeded to stack dirty plates on my to go food. I told him that was the food I was taking home he set it back down expecting me to now load the food that was stacked under dirty dishes up and be on my way. I AM LIVID. As a waitress and bartender this is completely unacceptable. If you want a good expirience eating out you'll have better luck eating at Mcdonalds. Do not go here. It's a waste of time, money and energy.

My fiance and I love to dine out at Chilis. We wanted to try out the new one. Well we always sit in the bar area so that my fiance can watch the sports. Well we went and sat down and went through our menus and decided on what we wanted and put them down. No one would come over to serve us. We sat there for almost ten minutes and servers would look towards us but wouldnt acknowledge that we needed service. I noticed the manager hanging out by the kitchen but not doing much else. You would think that she would have got someone to serve us seeing that we e\were sitting there for a long period of time. We got up and left still without being acknowledged!! Horrible service!!!
