        La France Cleaners has been family owned and operated since 1954. We are the cleaner you depend on "when it has to get done". We're the people that look for a way to say "Yes" when others find it easy to say "No". The services we provide are: dry cleaning, laundry, alterations & repairs, area rugs, households & bedding, leather cleaning, wedding gown cleaning & preservation. Our turnaround time is typically 2-14 days, depending on location. In some stores, we can offer an expedited service such as "Next Day" or "Same Day" at our plant locations. La France Cleaners also offers Free Pick-up & Delivery throughout most of Southwest Florida. Areas served (but are not limited to) include Port Charlotte, Englewood, North Port, Venice, Boca Grande, Punta Gorda, Cape Coral, Sanibel, Naples, and Fort Myers.         The people who work there are nice, but there is incompetence in the process. Over the 2 1/2 years we've used them because the location is convenient, we've had clothes not be there on the day we were told they would be ready (didn't make it on the delivery truck for the store, but after a phone call from the store manager typically delivered the next day) and we've had shirts come back not folded. When they do come back not folded, you usually have to wait for them to use a folding board in the back or take them as they are. We prepay and I've never been compensated for any inconvenience. I guess the customers' time doesn't matter. If you don't have a strict time frame for having clothes back or you don't care if they are folded for business trips, you should be okay. It's also not every time, but it seems to be getting more often which is why I'm posting.

        Very friendly service. Nice to get an email when my cleaning was ready for pick up! Will definitely go back as this was my first visit since we are new to the area.
