very poor customer service!! so glad i payed with paypal. I had found the website from a google search. I am a business owner and i would have done a lot of business with them. However because i have never herd of them before i placed a small test order just to see what they are like. 6 days after i placed the order i still did not receive a tracking number. when i called i was told that they have a lot of calls and ensured me i would have a call back that same day well.... it never came i waited till 4pm the next day and when i did i was told that the person who deals with online ordering was not in and would be in at 10am the next day. So i called the next day at 11 am and was told he was not in and was told to leave my number for a third time because she had another call. after asking for the person in charge and being told there was none i was hung up on and 2 more times after that. the third time i got a different person who screamed at me saying they were to busy to deal with me and why i keep calling and before i got to answer was hung up on again and then again by the same person. This company aamausa.com is not professional by any means they are rude and refuse to discuss any issues or concerns. I hope people read this before doing any kind of business with them and if you do decide to purchase from them you pay through paypal.

If I could give it less than one star, I would. Terrible customer service. I live far away and they won't even give information about the items over the phone. After a really long drive, went there, and they were very rude and superficial with questions about the equipment. I'd rather pay more somewhere else than to deal with them... ugh!

I've been a martial arts school owner for over twenty years. I've have dealt with many supply companies. This is truly the worst company I have ever used. I ordered an embroidered belt in October. I have been told time after time "next week we will do your belt" it's now the end of April and I was told find some other company to do your belt. I had ordered like 26 belts the first time and I was very happy but I had student that tested later and it is very clear now I'm not going to ever get this belt and after trying to talk to them today I was upset and so they hung up on me!! .

Its a great place to buy gear for martial arts, but they are a catalog supply company. Be aware they are more for seeing what is offered, not direct walk-in sales. Many products are made ON SITE. So your pulling someone from there to ring up sales. Their website is www.aawausa.com



I use their items for my families TKD needs. We buy the uniform pants here when the kids outgrow them, as well as paddles and extra belts.
