Trinity Funeral Chapel

The experience I had with this Funeral Place when I lost my husband is beyond distasteful. The funeral director Helena Guess needs to reevaluate her why she starting a business dealing with people who lost a love one. Also That money is not the primary factor when treating people who lost a love one but it is combined together with compassion and cash. It took me so long to even make a review because every time I thought about it made me cry but lo and behold today while I was surfing the web a recommendation came up asking me to like this page I am a mother of seven children and lost my husband I was not the primary person taking care of the financial part and this woman denied me when I asked her can I have one minute alone with my husband with no one else in there she denied it when I left her funeral home the day of the viewing I called and I asked her why did she do that her response was whomever is paying for the funeral is who she would communicate with and if they wanted to take me out she would’ve took me out and hung the phone up on me this is just bits of what happened but I pray that God would help this woman’s heart because you got to be careful how you treat people especially a woman of God in a widow.

the place had help me and my family not to feel the pain financial , they wer always kind to my mother and us.

my mom passed away on 9/31/2014 at north shore hospital. i was so lost and didn't know where to start but by the grace of god i came across trinity funeral chapel and they was such a big help to me and my family. i am so grateful because without there help lord knows how i would have made it though these last two weeks. I would like to thank u guys from the bottom of my heart for your help and your compassion at my time of need. May god continue to bless you all.

My friends mom passed away on 9-3-14. Not ever having to plan a funeral, she requested that i locate a funeral home due to my prior experience with the passing of my beloved mother. At the beginning there were a few hiccups. After the hiccups were resolved. Trinity provided very good service. Trinity did well in preparing the body for viewing. My friend was very pleased in the presentation of her mom! Prices for the service was very reasonable and the staff tries to accommodate you according to your budget. I will consider utilizing their services in the future. Hopefully no time soon.
