        Crappy customer service!!!!

        My mom and I went to exchange a belt we got my dad. We got there at 7:55. The store closes officially at 8 but the SHIFT MANAGER had locked the door seeing us come up then after arguing with her to let us in to exchange the belt. After getting in she continued to complain to the customers in line that people will show up until 8 and that she has to lock the door or else people keep coming in. The customer service was crap and my money will not be going there again.
