        NOT WHAT PROMISED

        I ordered this arrangement and I was asured that it will be delivered by 4:00pm. The business location is 3 miles from their office. I called at 5:00pm and they tried to blaimed it on the time , then the driver, then...... make the long story short they delivered at 5:15pm. Did I mention it was a business they supposed to deliver to? Did I mention it was one of the most important days of her life?
