Who is in charge of this organization? You need to be concerned. When every review, including mine, has one star, there's a problem.

I know this is a non profit company, BUT that doesn't mean that the operators that answer the phone need to be sooooo RUDE and very very IMPATIENT!!!!!! I couldn't believe how unbelievably rude this lady was. I couldn't finish answering or asking a question because she would cut me off. I'm sure they have to ask certain questions..You can do that but there's a way to ask without being so rude!!! I was sooo upset I went off on her and told her I didn't need their services!!! I feel like just because I was in need of their help, this lady felt like she can talk and treat me in a way that was very very rude and unprofessional!!!! Never again will I call for help from this place no matter how desperate I am!!!!!!!
