        I have been going here for years and have never had any problems. The doctors, NPs, and nurses, as well as the front desk folks, are all first rate. Yes, the wait is sometimes long, but I guess that is to expected when a facility and it's doctors are popular in the community.

        I have visited the office twice so far, the office is newer and the dermatologists and nurses are good. . They're helpful and are experienced but take extremely long to attend you. I've waited about an hour after checking in for my appointment. The receptionists seem to completely incompetent and clueless. The receptionists at the front desk are incapable of helping with any little task beside scheduling an appointment. whenever I've called about having my lab work faxed or even picking up my prescription from a pharmacy they've screwed it up. Its really difficult to get a hold of someone over the phone that can help and when you do they never get back to you. I would not recommend this dermatologist to a friend or family member .

        Office booked 2 patients for Dr. Bernstein at 10:30am, mine at 10:45am. I arrived at 10:30am and nothing was said about delays. After a half hour wait, at 11:00am, the first 10:30am patient was called in to the dr. When I spoke to reception I was told that after the 1st 10:30am patient, there was another and then my 10:45am appt would follow....meaning I wouldn't be seen for another hour. No apology, no concern to rebook when I cancelled my appt. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
