I went to Vapour Kingdom on a recommendation from my son. This is his vape shop of choice. I was looking to upgrade my mod and he told me about the prices there. I stopped by a few weeks ago and purchased a Smok Alien mod. It worked great, I was happy. Two days ago, it stopped working. It wouldn't turn on or do anything. Long story short, i found out it was a clone. Yesterday I took it back to the store, upset and frustrated. They were shocked when I told them it was a fake. They immediately were on the phone calling their vendors trying to figure out how this happened. ( I'm sorry I don't remember her name) The lady that orders their products, exchanged it for me. They didn't have the color I had in stock, but she did offer to go to her vendor and get the color I had. Appreciative of the gesture, I chose another color. She took it upon herself to verify the new mod was indeed authentic and not a clone (fake). This was my first experience with Vapour Kingdom. Although, not how I would've liked it to go... but I was impressed by the customer service and attentiveness to the problem I had. I am now, once again, a happy Vapour Kingdom customer!

This is the BEST vapor shop in Norman. The staff is friendly and very knowledgable. I am a frequent customer and have been to many other vape shops, but Vapor Kingdom has the best selection of juices and can make any mg of nicotine you want from most of their juices.

I visited this shop last night. I called ahead to see if they could stay open a little later so I could make it to their shop. They were amazing! They didn't rush me, they were extremely friendly, and they didn't mind staying open so I could select the items I wanted. I cannot rave about this shop enough. I will be a repeating customer, and will never go to another vape shop. Customer service is everything, and these guys go above and beyond for their customers!
