Crusty's Pizza

I don't know if this business is under new management but service is bad. For delivery it took well over an hour and half to get my pizza. Needless to say it was cold and frankly it was just bad. Called several time to see when it was to arrive but it seemed that the only one that was concerned about it was me. When I called to complain I was told by management that he would give us two FREE pizzas. A couple of weeks later I decided to call for my free pizzas and don't you know there was NO notes or communication give to the staff so no free pizzas. I will NEVER call them again. Now I use Pizza Nova who does deliver on time and it's a good pizza for a fair price.

I love their pizza! Family owned local favorite at least for my fam bam! I strayed tonight and ordered from a chain to try something diff. Then I regretted it big time and my mouth is watering for crustys where the toppings and cheese are piled high and the pizza is flavorful and yummy the sauce is homemade and I've never had a bad experience! I'll never waste my money on a chain again crustys is number 1!!!!!

Yesterday, I had my first experience with Crust's Pizza when I was visiting my son in Norco. I had been craving pizza and rootbeer for weeks and so my son called Crusty's. It took awhile for it to be delivered, but the adage says that anything good is worth waiting for and this was! The crust was crisp and warm, topped with thick melted cheese, tomatoes, sausage and pepperoni. While the toppings were so very good, the sauce was flavorful with garlic, herbs and tomatoes. Warm, crisp crust, plentiful toppings and a sauce to die for. I am sorry I do not live in Norco so that I could have this pizza anytime. On the other hand, now I have a great excuse to see my son and his wife more often!

i had pizza delivered over the weekend and no problem but during the week i ordered another pizza and they jacked up the advertised price by $2 and after i told them that wasnt right and they agreed, they called me back and said i lived to far and my pizza was going to be arriving in an hour if i still wanted the meal.
