Niagara Falls Urgent Care

I was diagnosed with the flu today. As a college student at NU it is very hard when you get very sick and your parents are there to help. The staff here made me feel comfortable and connected with me on a warm level. The nurses got me water, came in and checked on me, gave me a remote to the tv and gave me tissues. I would highly recomend people to come here if they're I'll. For me, this was the closest thing before this place opened was in tonawanda. So thankful for this place!

Very nice staff only second day open and thank god was treated for upper respiratory infection got nebulizer in office started me on antibiotics and steroid package in office faxed my scripts to pharmacy waited a total of 5 minutes to be seen helped me find them receptionist greeted me in parking lot because I was lost best immediate care I've ever been to

The Niagara Falls Urgent Center does not open up until February. I cant wait for them to open, it will be much better than sitting in the ER waiting room for hours. This is something the community has been in a great need of.

I tried to call this place and it took me three times to get through the first time I got disconnected second time went to voicemail third time someone answered with a very deep Indian accent and he was yelling at me because he thought I hung up on him. He was very belligerent and rude and all he asked me if I have health insurance. I wouldn't go to these places if I was on my deathbed.
