Custom design has never been so easy! I had a diamond from my grandmother to put into an engagement ring for my soon to be fiancee.. I told Dana the budget that I had to work with and she helped me look through styles of rings to find one that perfectly fit my bride to be's style. Plus I got free sizing and rhodium plating for life- and didnt have to pay a penny extra for a warranty like when I visited an other jewelry store..

I love this store! It has a family feel and everyone that worked there made me feel so comfortable. No one pressured me into buying a piece of jewelry and they let me try on anything i wanted. this store knows whats up.

I was able to take my childs handwriting and create a beautiful keepsake bracelet for my mother. It said Mamaw on it and my mom just loved it!!! I can not express my gratitude with how helpful the staff was in getting this present done.. Even in 2 days before mothers day! We will be back!

Hands down the best jewelry store ever! The staff really take care of their customers and truly want to provide the best selections at the best pricing! Special orders are seem less and they really strive to be helpful and nice. I have never had any troubles with staff or the care like previous reviews state. When a diamond fell out of my diamond ring, the promptly replaced it within 4 days and didn't charge me! When I walk into Dana's Fine Jewelry, it feels like I am home. The staff knows me by name and genuinely ask about my life and mother when I'm in. I started shopping here about 5 years ago (Trying to shop around for my next diamond ring) and spoke with Dana about a heart shape diamond engagement ring with a halo. This ring was made with such attention to detail, I LOVE IT!! I have also purchased almost every single person in my family a gift from here! They let you personalize a piece of jewelry for free and offer add on upgrades for specialty engravings like handwriting.

I do not recommend this store for buying your jewelry at. Selection and variety was fine and so was the service at first. When it was that I was leaving over pairs or exchanges that's when the problems began. It took almost three months to have jewelry made. It should not have taken that much time. They did not keep in touch with me. I had to keep calling repeatedly and they kept making excuses. When I finally did get the jewelry it was the wrong size. Beware of the five stars. All smiles at first, do not believe them. Once you know the truth, read on if you want the truth from other customers. Once again I will not be using this store any time at all again. Had to return defective jewelry again. Now they're going to take forever to hold to the guarantee. Don't do it . Do yourself a favor go anyplace else. Don't let the smoke screen fool you, that's all a mirage.

I just recently received a beautiful engagement ring from Dana's. I took it back in to have it sized, it was free. They told me I got FREE sizing, rhodium plating, cleaning & polishing, maintenance inspections, FREE for a LIFETIME.

That's awesome. They gave me a bridal bag with all kinds of nice things. Plus they are giving me a FREE set of bridal flutes with our name & date engraved. Wonderful!!! This will be my go to jewelry store from now on.
