Newton Auto Driving School

Just want to let everyone know that I had the best experience with this driving school. I brought my two teenagers to this school and handed them over to the very professional staff, including the owner. All was done very precisely and in a timely manner. They have very knowledgeable instructors. I would recommend this driving school to anyone! We got our driver's license in two weeks without any problems or headaches.

They don't have enough cars or instructors and they only let you schedule up to 3 driving lessons at a time which are months and months out. It takes 5 months to get through all the driving and observation lessons and they are NOT accommodating.

I just took the lessons with this school after a bad experience with the other school. Wow!!! and it's different. The driving instructors were so professional and experienced. They explained me all my mistakes. I just took a few classes and I passed exam on the first try. Although in a different school it took five lessons and two times I failed. They explained in detail what will be on the exam and prepared me. As a result I got my license. I will recommend this school to all my friends. I really appreciate them.

I attended this driving school and I have to say I learned A LOT. They were always on time. Most importantly they were patient, they did not just tell you what you needed to know, they actually make sure that you fully understand before moving on to the next one. They treat each students individually, dedicate their time to make sure that you are ready for your driving test, instead of just taking your money and set you off to your driving test ready or not. I highly recommend this driving school. You will get what you pay for unlike other driving schools. BEST driving school around!!!

Words can’t even begin to describe the frustration we felt in dealing with the Newton Driving School. We have never complained about something in this manner, but our experience with this business over the last 9 months has been the singularly most frustrating experience we have ever had – and we are in our early 50’s!! Trying to communicate and schedule driving / observing appointments for our daughter was just unbelievable. As a result, the Russian owners seem to end up in verbal arguments with lots of customers, including us. The real problem is they have no scheduling system – everything must be done through the owner and when you are lucky enough to catch her, she is rude and will not commit to anything, nor will she return your calls – no matter how many you make. Everything is “we’ll see – let me pencil you in and get back to you” – yet she will not call you back and when you do catch her she has “forgotten” she penciled you in. We fell for it early on (first couple months after our daughter finished her class work), but then had to resort to camping out to catch the owner when she was supposed to be at their office and then we had to refuse to leave until she booked us an appointment – it was unbelievable. If we didn’t have to give them 100% of our money up front, we would have gone someplace else early on. In an effort to try and say something positive, the instructors seemed ok and if you want an easy driving test – take it through them – it is a joke how easy them make it – in many ways, the registry should be ashamed of letting them do license testing.
