The Burbank Rose

This B&B was a fantastic location. The room we stayed in was a little run down, the overall quality of the location, and onside courtyard, added enough charm to make up for it. You really can`t enjoy Newport, RI`s rich history by staying in a modern hotel, so I`d suggest giving Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast a run.

This is amazing place. The best Guest House i ever visit. I am recommending Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast to every who needs.

Can`t recommend Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast more highly!...The owner is wonderfully warm, the rooms are cosy and very private. The breakfast is excellent, multiple kinds of cereal, fruits and fresh bread. I would recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Newport!

My husband, two young sons and I recently stayed at Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast in Newport and had a wonderful time. The Cottages are set up perfectly for a family to enjoy a few nights away. We had a kitchenette which was key with the kids. Having two rooms was a great change compared with a typical hotel; we were able to put the kids to sleep early and we could enjoy a glass or two of wine in the other room. The pool and spa were wonderful. Our boys had a blast in the pool which was the perfect temperature. Our cottage was tucked in the back so we didn`t have to worry about disturbing other vacationers. The staff was warm and welcoming, especially toward the boys. The short walk into town was also a welcomed change rather than having to get in the car to go to eat or grab coffee. What a great getaway location!

I have stayed at the Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast on more than one occasion. I always have a wonderful time! The Cottages are clean, well appointed and comfortable. I think the Cottages are a great value especially in the pricey Newport area. To add, this place is great for families and is nicely.

My fiance took me here for my birthday, and it was a wonderful weekend. We stayed in a room with a mineral hot tub, and took 2 baths a day. I am not a big fan of the sulfur smell, so scents were provided to ease that. Even without the scents, the in-room baths are amazing. The cottages are steps away from mud baths and massages, and the walk to downtown Newport is just lovely. The Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast are a perfect match for the great dining in the area. I was so rejuvenated after that weekend that going back to the daily grind didn`t seem so bad, but honestly, we could have stayed indefinitely.

Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast were just what we needed, for an awesome price! The cottages are not fancy and a bit outdated, but quaint and what you`d expect when you rent a cottage "up north". For a very reasonable price, we received a private cottage in a perfect location with a full kitchen and bath, a wonderful mineral spring fed pool and hot tub, and friendly owners who were willing to share their knowledge of the Newport area on anything from wine tastings to restaurants to spas.

We really recommended Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast for everybody! Very clean place, very cozy, best service! Very relaxing, perfect location, very good restaurants around! Take you kids on walk in Newport, wonderful city! You will enjoy!!!

Our family stayed in two suites at Burbank Rose Bed & Breakfast and we were all quite pleased with the rooms and the location. The continental breakfast was left in baskets outside our door each morning and it included juice, muffins, bagels & cream cheese, and beautiful bowls of fresh fruit. We`ll definitely go back.

What a quaint and exquisite B&B we have found in Newport. Superb breakfast and elegance is what we experienced. Thank you for all this great experience that we take with us.

Cheap, clean, and plenty of character. Nice bathroom (which is principally what I base a hotel experience on). Hotel attendant was great, drew a map of dinner spots I was trying to find.

Great Hotel! Position is perfect for anyone who`s wanting to stay in the downtown without paying too much. The rooms are really clean, there is free WiFi and the service quality is good! I`ve spent 10 days at the hotel and will surely come back again if I will be back in Newport!

We decided to take a mini-vacation up to Newport - from the moment we drove up Friday night to when we left Sunday, the service was impeccable. We had our 3 year old with us, the bell hop, seeing we had an ice chest for her milk, offered to bring us some ice. So great. Room service was fast, prices reasonable and the room was very clean. The best place to hang in Newport! Make certain you take the time to use the hot tub. The staff is exceptional. Do not hesitate to ask for advice.
