The Apothecary Newport

They do not offer massage therapy, have no one on staff to do so. Facials are fine, products great, but you won't be getting a massage here.

I had the best experience getting hair and makeup done for a recent wedding. Jenny did my makeup and Sarah did my hair. They both did an excellent job at creating natural, formal looks on me and the rest of the bridal party. The entire bridal party had chic updos that differed slightly depending on each girl's preference. I felt beautiful and confident. Most importantly, the updos lasted through lots of dancing all night! Jenny is also super friendly and had a great playlist going while we were there. I would highly recommend Apothecary to anyone getting ready for a formal occasion in the Newport area!

If you haven't experienced any of The Apothecary's fabulous services you are missing out. I go for regular facials and waxing (by far the best brazilian on the island) and have just come from having my first spray tan....I look awesome!...so even and natural looking. I would recommend this spa to anyone. They have also just started massage which is next on my list...I hear the new massuse, Liz is the best! Can't wait. Go!

In my opinion The Apothecary Newport is by far the best place to get waxed on Aquidneck Island. I would go no where else now! Prices are reasonable, all the staff are professional and friendly and the service they provide is exceptional. Book early though as they fill out quickly and only have one treatment room.

Fabulous products, including my favorite makeup in the whole wide world...BARE ESCENTUALS!!! My girlfriend had her makeup done here for her wedding this summer which was flawless...the ONLY make up to use for your wedding by the way! This really is a gorgeous boutique, they do a fantastic wax job and great facials and carry lots of other great lines and goodies. The staff and owners are friendly and knowledgable and is a great place to buy a gift...even for the husband!!

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this store! My new favourite place in Newport. They have all the great skin care lines that Sephora have including Bare Escentuals and Stila!! They have the most adorable treatment room where I received the best waxing I have ever had and I fell asleep during my facial which speaks for itself. Great owners and staff. Highly recommended from me!!

This is a great little boutique, friendly relaxing atmosphere. Great makeup artists using i.d.bareMinerals and their services (waxing and facials) are conducted in a very professional but realxing way. They have some great skincare lines that really work. I really love this place and the people in it.....a great addition to Newport :)

This cute boutique in downtown newort is fabulous! They have great waxing and makeup services. I had my makeup done there for my wedding and I never looked better!! Love this place!!

What a cute store...fabulous products including bareMinerals!!Yeah...no more trips to Providence! Most relaxing atmosphere ever...I didn't want to leave!! Great staff too!

They have the best makeup and skincare on the island with great makeup artist and aestheticians. Finally I don't have to go to Boston anymore!! So excited!!!
