Dear Sir or Madam:

I am writing this letter to you in support of Matt O’Clair General Contracting. I hired Matt to build

my family’s home in 2011. My wife and I were expecting our first child; life was very hectic at the

time for the 2 of us. Having Matt as our General Contractor was a tremendous help. Having been

thru the home building process once before, with myself acting as general contractor, I know the

headaches that can come with the job, which is one of the many reasons we were happy to have Matt

represent us, and build our home.

Matt worked with us, as the homeowner, and I watching him work with all the contractors, site work,

flooring, paint crew, plumbing, electrical, etc. He was very professional, and his work was

outstanding. He constantly checked to make sure my wife and I were happy with the progress, and

despite a couple setbacks (ledge on my property) he got us in to our new home right on the target

date.

Matt is a good guy, who does great work and I am happy to write this letter in support of him. I

would hire Matt again in a heartbeat, and have recommended him many times.
