        Terrible. My concrete began to chip at the surface a mere 1.5 years after the job was completed. I even paid extra for fibers to be added to the mixture to ensure it would last for 10 years or more! We paid well over $5,000 for just the concrete and almost $20,000 total for the job. Representatives from Geauga concrete came out, took pictures, and admitted the concrete was responsible. They refused to pay for a replacement, and only offered free concrete in compensation. They left us with the expense of labor costs and anything else we would incur to fix the problem. This company will not work with its customers. I do a few jobs every few years and will never use this company in the future. Shame on you and your business for such poor customer care. The conversation ended with "sue us".
