        Overall

        I was contacted by a sales associate from The Knot to list my business on their site. After listening to their sales pitch, they wanted me to pay monthly for a year. I hesitated since I am a small business owner and it was more than what I typically spend on marketing. Anyway, the sales associate told me after 4 months if I am not getting any business from their site that we could review and cancel. It's been almost 4 months and I haven't seen any business from the site, so I contacted to started the process of canceling with "The Knot" and they told me that the sales associates wouldn't have lead me to believe that I could cancel after 4 months. They won't let me cancel.
