FRAUD! FRAUD! FRAUD! Most of their tour guides are international students who don't have authority to work in the United States, and they are paid off the books to avoid paying taxes. They over charge their customers. Like they actually charge to go the Metro Museum in Manhattan NYC but in all reality that museum is actually free to visit to the public. And on attraction that are not free they raise the price for their customers. Like the wax museum in Time Square NYC if the cost is $12 a ticket LL will charge $15 to their customers. They are also very unsafe. They make the driver's break DOT Federal laws and even if the weather is terrible they will NOT cancel the trip, they would rather risk your life, your children and families’ lives for their selfish greed. For instance, they had a mini bus get stuck in the snow through a winter storm near Buffalo NY in Dec 2014. The people were there most of the night, no food, no drinks, just stuck in this storm. This tour was not cancelled because LL Travel wants YOUR MONEY. So they risk those people's lives, and if the bus company refuses to work in those conditions they are punished. Drivers drive too fast for safety and if they refuse, the tour guide will yell at them and then call their boss, who will then call the driver to force him/her to speed. This is because they have the drivers driving sometime 550 miles in 1 day and 18 hours on a shift. They do this because they cramp too many attractions in their tours so that they make big money. This bus company was doing a trip for LL Travel's biggest competitor who runs their company much like LL Travel. This bus flipped over in (2014) due to an overly worked exhausted driver who was too tired to drive. More than 20 people were severely hurt and few unfortunately died. This was in the news as well. L&L Travel runs these tours like a production line in a factory. Tour guides must produce, which means making attractions at all cost. Also when you get to the attraction after hours in the bus, you will get 15 minutes to enjoy yourself. Yep, 15 minutes. Like I said, it's like a production line. If you’re lucky you might get 30 minutes, and if you do be grateful. Be prepared to eat Chinese food the entire trip, and also be prepared to pay more for that dinner than anyone else who comes to the same restaurant to eat. This is because LL charges more for the dinner and then kicks back some of the money to the tour guide. In the beginning of your tour, your tour guide will tell you his/her "tips" is their only pay. THIS IS A LIE. They are making money on you, on every attraction, lunch, and dinner. They will SCAM you. This is only a fraction of what I know, if I were to tell it all on this post, it would be too long, I will save the details for authorities. Be prepared for your miserable unsafe humiliating trip.

Me and my family took a tour to DC with L&L tours last week, pretty much sure they are the same company, and i had tons of fun. The tour cost me arround $76, and i paid arround $50 extra on the trip for food and some sight upgrade, so its actually 126 totally for 2 day's tour. Great tour guide and nice hotel.

This is one the worst bus tour i have ever been.To start with,the car park service they told us was horribly a wrong idea.the staff there was so rude.here is what he said...

ok leave the car and u go...then i said what about the keys...he said what do u think i am here for..okay...then he said if u done hurry up and leave...There i was getting my bags and he was constantly telling me to leave...thats it for the car park...Coming to the tour,the travelling time was too long and the sightseeing time was too short..oh yes u have to give tips..i mean its compulsary..when we reached niagara falls,no breakfast not even time for breakfast.....oh man i cant stop complaining about this company..the only thing good about this company is the tour guide was at least trying to be very helpful..thats all..i just want other fellows to know about this before taking one of the tour..

I am on my way back to home after 5 day East Cost Trip (trip code: 755-995 , booked from www.taketours.com and serviced by LLTours)

Boston: I don’t know why they included Boston in the trip where as we spent 1 whole day to go there and just saw Harvard University for 5 mins, MIT from bus ( I will explain about MIT experience below), Lobster dinner which is worst (to make business to a Chinese Restaurant) and a cruise which is waste of money. Everyone in the bus says why we went to Boston?

Niagara falls: Spent a whole day to reach Niagara falls and was there in falls for 30 mins that too only for Maid of Mist boat, didn’t see anything else (No cave of winds no Niagara tour bus, nothing) just went to maid of mist and came back. I don’t know why we went there… I was disappointed like anything… when we travelled one whole day for Niagara Falls we expect at least to be there for half a day (except sleeping in hotel from 11:00pm to 6:00am).

Washington, DC: In Washington, DC guide showed us Independence memorial and Jefferson Memorial from bus itself he said “no time to go down, take pictures from bus itself.

New York: Showed us reconstructing WTC towers when bus was on 50 miles per hour speed he said, look at your right side 3 o clock position WTC towers are rebuilding work is going very fast… when we asked him to take us to WTC memorial (which was one of the main attractions) he said I already showed you if you wont see, that is not my issue… all Indians in the van (11 out of total 15, other 4 were Chinese) begged him to take there he was soo rude that he not only rejected it he said “ when you travel in flight can you ask pilot to take back again to see something”.

All: All the hotels were 30-40 miles from the cities some places spent 1-2 hours each day to reach the hotels). Tour guides will pick people from one airport and drop them in another airport (Boston -> New York) wasting your valuable time (2-3 hours) and wont show you what is there in the itinerary (MIT in Boston and WTC memorial in New York).

5th day of the trip (New York) they took us in VAN cancelling our Bus saying you are only 15 people. Fine, but it was too congested, there was not space to put bags, people were walking on bags.

Tour guide: He was like a school teacher (Not American School teacher,Indian/Chinese school teacher who beat students) he wants us to be 6:30 in the morning (after dropping at hotel 11:00pm) saying there will be lot of traffic he wont request or ask, he orders us… He says if you wont come on time, I will leave you guys here and go… Not only on mornings whenever you go to see an attraction he orders the same, if you go 5 mins late he will say “its not your personal car”.

I got shocked when bus was going 30 miles per hour he said, guys on your left side it is MIT, take pictures immediately from bus we don’t have time to go down and take pictures where as from last two day he was saying we will go to MIT and it was one of their main attractions. Is this the was a tour guide talks to his visitors? When I started fighting with him he said “I was so generous when your baby got sick”, boss it is your duty, it is your job to be generous for which you get paid he behaves like he is don’t a great favor to you by taking you on tour.

The prices are decent, but the services are horrible, I booked a tour to Washington D.C. to see the blossoming cherry blossoms and I paid for two adult tickets which in total was $230+ and I made sure I got on the right bus, but it turns out they put us on a a regular trip to DC that costs $76 per adult ticket. But the thing is, I've been on the same exact tour a few years ago, so this trip was a complete waste of my time. And they wouldn't refund the whole trip because they said we never indicated which tour we wanted, but clearly judging by the price, it's obvious we booked the more expensive one. If we were to have stayed quiet and never said anything, they would have taken our money without caring we were put on a wrong tour. If you really want to book with this agency, I'd advise you to make 100% sure your getting on the tour your paying for or else it's pretty much goodbye to your hard earned money.

WARNING!! the WORST tour i have ever seen! avoid this at all cost!



Arrived at in New York ariport at 3pm, guess what?? you will ONLY be able to check in hotel at 8pm, despite this is a non-activities day. the journey to hotel is a nightmare! they make transfer 3 times!! from van to bus, waiting at roadside for another bus, waiting again at roadside in front of thier office, stand in the cold wind, for another bus!!! bear in mind, they are profit oriented, not services!! they do not even provide a little time for you to eat!! instead, they ask you to TAKEAWAY. imagine, 5 hours to transfer to hour, with hungry and tiring body, worst than a camp!! its took 1 hour to transfer from their office to hotel...Oh, before i forget, you are compulsory to pay tip for this day!



next, no breakfast is provided, fine, we are ok. BUT, no provision for time to have your breakfast too!! again, you are transfer to their office!!?? see above, another one hour journey!! and been asked to TAKEAWAY with no cup drink allow, meaning, no hot beverage!!! the two hours transfer from office - hotel - office is for??? in order to get cheaper hotel?? Btw, the tour fee is not cheap!!



same poor services the following days, no provision fro time for breakfast, lunch, dinner.. indeed, you have to pay for admission ticket, about usd30, for 1.5 hours in Intrepid, and you must take your lunch there!! what the !! excuse my rude language, but, i am flaming....



another thing to note, i cant tell all of it as they are toooooooooooo many!! do not expect you are able to feel, see and explore the places that they drop you!! You are expected to take 10 - 15 minutes to take photo and GO!! main concern for them is, u get your photoshoot, their job DONE!! you tour guide will tell you, we will not wait for you, you have to take a taxi to where he is if you are late to board the bus!!nice service huh!!!

If you think about going for a short trip for 2 – 3 days, I suggest you joining a tour from LL Tours. I recently joined a tour to Washington DC from LL Tours. It only cost me $95 for 2 days including hotel & tour guide. If you go by yourself, it probably would cost you more than $200.00 without a tour guide telling you the history of those historical places & where the best spot to take pictures. LL Tours also have other tours that I will be joining for my future short vacation; like Boston, Niagara Falls & Canada 3 days tours.
