First went to renew passport , it cost $100.00! And it is expiring after 5 years and still have many blank pages left (machine readable) It should have been 10 years as other countries but no The GY Government found another way to swindle money from us the people. And inconvenient us! (I had to travel from NJ.) At the new location is good, went early morning, I reached by 9:30 and process was fast. That was impressive and I was hoping that getting the new passport will be of the same efficiency but no, they said 2-3 weeks; it's exactly a month and no passport! I called in to ask and I was transferred to the passport section where someone picked up the phone and didn't answer but kept the line open so I can hear all the noises that sounded like stapling and then eventually hang up on me without a word.called back n was told maybe another week it will come. Please bring back professionalism and courtesy so we know we are in 2016 and not 1980s... --
