Signs.com

They are not in Castle Rock. They are in Salt Lake City, UT. I was looking for someone local and they are not.

My experience with this company has been less than satisfactory. I have not been able to get my project off the ground with them. I have spoken to two different design consultants, its been two weeks and numerous phone calls to them, and no word on anything. Terrible customer service and very unprofessional!

The quality is terrible. I paid more for overnight shipping than the sign was even worth in order to get it here before my Craft Fair. When I opened it, I was excited until I look at it. The pixels are so low that you can see right through all of the graphics and the company name. I contacted them through their chat support and the rep told me that they'd give me a 15% refund but that is it and that the quality would be the same if i re-ordered another sign. And some of the graphics where cut off. I was very disappointed to hear that and asked why the quality was so low and the rep said they needed to get new machines. I then asked if he could email me the file at least so that I could go somewhere else and get the quality sign that I needed and then he said "sure" and left the conversation without saying anything. i replied and said, "Hello, are you still there," and 10 mins. later...nothing other end. Terrible quality and customer service. Go to somewhere with better quality machines.

I've never had such professionalism when ordering a sign!!! Great customer service and knowledge.
