We went through all over the stores on Jeweler's Row but we trusted and believed in you. Now we are hooked! We would not buy our jewelry from anyone but you now which is why we came back to you for our wedding rings. We were so impressed with your deep knowledge, integrity, professional experience, kindness, and ability to be in tune with your customers! You are now our official family jewelers. My wife had a ton of old jewelry that she never wore so after seeing all these TV commercials we decided to take them Shenoa in the Diamond District. We have been dealing with Shenoa for few years now and every time they went out of their way to accomodate us. Once they send one of their staff to on the train to White Plains because we had a last minute rush for a wedding gift, you can't beat that! So when you get this kind of service you stick with the company.Anyhow, we took old that junk to them to see what they suggest. Right away they check the weight of the gold which was mostly 14K, she now wears 18K and higher :) They told us the scrap price and it was fair, they even showed us how to check the gold market and estimate a fair price on the web. Then they suggested to use the scrap to make a new piece of jewelry, they are good at custom work. She's been bugging me for a new necklace anyway so we decided to go with that and in a week all that scrap turned in to a necklace.

Highly recommended because they offer a great selection of diamonds, rings and jewelry and almost wholesale prices. They buy their diamonds direct from overseas dealers and they do most of their own manufacturing to cut the middlemen.Bought a brilliant pair of certified diamond stud earrings 15% less than the lowest price we found online.

Got an excellent bargain on a diamond engagement ring. They took care of me and my fiance with respect and patience. Thanks guys!

My favorite jewelry store on 47th Street. They always give me and my family and friends great deals. If they don't have something in stock, they always get it for me.

Shenoa and Company is my favorite local jewelery shop. We do all of our family's jewelry shopping here. We bought our diamond engagement ring and wedding bands here plus all the birthday, anniversary, etc gifts. They are a good bunch of people plus they have been doing business at this location for almost two decades, same thing can't be said for most jewelers in the Diamond District. They are honest and offer good values.

These people have a great product at a great price, but ignore repeated email and phone calls. They need to communicate with their clients. I am in Australia and after paying for merchandise, I would at least like a tracking number for my shipment so I know when to expect it or it is on its way. It is their intention and promise to inform clients, but it hasn't been forthcoming once of the three transactions I've made with them in a month.The manager is also apt at ignoring communication. This makes me feel uneasy and not confident about receiving my purchase and has me feeling there is a nil chance of being able to negotiate with them if there is a problem with the merchandise received.Shame! There can be no sale without service, especially when trust is a huge issue with internet transactions and international ones at that.
