Servpro of Central Manhattan

After a fire in my building, I was shell shocked. It took a few days for me to get a handle and call my adjuster. The crew for our bldg didn’t find water but I knew better. Servpro came to help me restore our lives. Juan Carlos immediately found water damage and helped me navigate through what needs to be done and talked with my adjuster. His team was on site. Cesar was so kind and helpful, he explained the important measures that servpro is doing for my apartment. Next was Orlando and his crew to clean up the debris and soot. Thank god for that because I’m in the bldg a few times a week and have awful allergies and asthma. Juan Carlos and his team were so great that I recommended Servpro to two other neighbors who have hired him and his team. They are both hard to please neighbors but came back raving about Juan Carlos!
