        We produce our own olive oil from the latest harvest of handpicked Ligurian Taggiasca olives for our kitchen and your tables: extra-virgin, unfiltered, organic, cold-pressed Bottega Organica olive oil. Everything we serve is homemade: whole-wheat breads, pastas and desserts.Greens, eggs and cheeses come from local organic markets and farms.Wild-caught cod, flounder, monkfish, scallops are from Montauk fishermen.We serve organic wines, beers and cocktails.
