My Air Ticket

I was looking for 3 tickets for India from USA on specific date and restricted time.
I contacted Myairticket, and one of the booking agent- Shakti Bagga responded for my specific needs.He is really and impressively guy who saved my time and money for this booking.
He helped me without wasting any time, Shakti Bagga has great communication skills, and customer relationship sense.
Really appreciated her help. Great 4 star experience with Myairticket.

I will refer the service, whoever needs help to book international flight.

I had a very tough time of 4 months with this stupid company. If anybody needs info, please respond..

I had to contact bank and police to collect my entire money back as these guys failed to get my tickets in agreed number of days.

Don't try with MyAirTicket agency. They never issue ticker nor refund money. I had a worst experience with MyAirTicket team (nidhi.sharma@myairticket.com, harpreet.sandhu@myairticket.com, manisha.sharma@myairticket.com, ankush.saggu@myairticket.com, sandeep.shukla@myairticket.com, deepak.chopra@myairticket.com, kawaljit.singh@myairticket.com, pankaj.thakur@myairticket.com, etc…)

ALERT!!!! BEWARE of fraud before you book!!! I wish I can give them negative ratings, but unfortunately Google do not allow me to do so...



I planned to visit to India from US and requested them to book my tickets on 7th April and my travelling dates were in first week of July. I was relax and trusted these guys. They gave me confirmation number but when I called airlines directly they said there no such booking.



After again and again follow up no one from senior team was ready to come on phone... every time either they were on leave (entire team) or on Lunch or busy in meeting to name a few team members Harpreet, Kaveri, Ishan, Gaurav etc. Also every time I got new date to deliver my tickets from some sales representative.



Even I copied CEO of this company, Mr. Manwinder Dhilon, to escalate this case, he didn't even cared to respond back.



I also wish I could attach email as proof from these people.



Later when I read review for this company on Google I found same case as mine and when I asked them there is already such case as mine, one of the sales rep told, "Sir don't go on reviews we give our positive reviews ourself"

I would recommend this company to everyone who want to book tickets to India in a hassle free way. Not sure about other agents but Kaveri Dutta is the best employee in their company. she knows how to deal customer in best manner. i am a regular customer to the company and me and my friends always book ticket through them and never got disappointment till date. they always offer best price.

Hi, My request to everyone please don't book the ticket with myairticket these people are Bunch of crooks specially Veronica and Yogesh. They will promise you the ticket after the full payment they will not issue a ticket on top of that they will not reply to your mail. they will not pick your call. If you really care for your hard earn money please don't book the ticket. They will not issue ticket also they will not refund the amount. theses people are bunch of crooks. Veronica is big fraud agent The ticket is still not been issued. Be aware of these crook. specially Veronica she is manner less lady who doesn't know how to speak.





Please dont go with the good reviews as those are written my my air ticket itself. Those good reviews are fake. there is no employee name Ashish in my air ticket. What has happened today to MyAirticket ....

Nobody picking up the call for almost 2 hours now... its just ringing...

I am really concerned as my wife and son are travelling to India and their flights have suddenly changed...

Need some help urgently and these people are missing

Muskan and Ashish helped me to book my International flight. I have very pleasant experience while booking through "My Air Ticket" site. Muskan has been extremely helpful and provided best out of best available deal in the market. This is the first time ever I booked ticket online through Travel agency sites, and I have got a Trust buildup in the My Air site. I hope going onward I would definitely check with My Air Ticket sites before looking around other places. 5 STAR for muskan
