Ordered a gorgeous white limousine to the wedding. This company found on limo-scanner All the conditions satisfied. The prices here are affordable, the service at the proper level. There were no problems. As promised, a limousine was waiting for us at our house. Clean, without a scratch, with a polite driver. We were pleased with the quality of services.

Ron and Jason at Madison Avenue Limousine are the best! They provided a number of vehicles from a 54 passenger bus to a Maybach for our "getaway car" for my wedding weekend in New York. Their vehicles are high end, brand new, and clean. They have a wonderful selection and are extremely organized! They arrived on time and were super flexible. We were given the names and cell phone numbers of each of our drivers which made things so convenient. Ron even showed up at our hotel to make sure everything was perfect for our guests when loading. I would use them again in a heartbeat!!!!

Highly recommend Madison Avenue Limousine Service. Jim and Ron were very polite and response in email to all questions (we were flying into Newark from UK). We decided to opt for an alternative limo service to pick us up on arrival as they were a few dollars cheaper. However it didn't go smoothly so I decided to use Madison Avenue limos for the return trip from the hotel to Newark International. The service experience was top notch. The driver Guillermo arrived early and sat outside until we were ready. He was polite and 100% professional (very much a chauffeur service); the car was beautifully clean and seemed to be brand new. We arrived completely calm and stress free. We will always use Madison limos for future visits.

I received a payment confirmation with $200 more charged than agreed upon. I immediately e-mailed Ron (at 1am) and received his response that we would speak in the morning to discuss. Ron called me the next day and said that even though we did the extra unannounced stop and had the driver waiting for 45 minutes at pick-up, he would fix the bill as to our agreed upon price. I've have many issues with other services, but I can't say enough good things about Madison Avenue Limousine Service. They were friendly and professional. They drove me from the airport back to NYC for a flight landing late in the evening. The driver, and my flight, arrived early. He met me right as I came down the escalator (they let me choose between having the driver meet me inside or curbside). The car was super clean and the ride was comfortable. I'm definitely going to use them again!
