Local Sewer and Plumbing

I asked a quote, they said the diagnostic is free then Ithey would tell me the price and let me choose if use their service or not. I told them I would call them again if I decided to use their service, then hang up. However they called me directly and still came to my place even I've told them someone else was coming. Then they charged me for service fee without doing anything. I refused to pay for it, they threatened to put a lien on my property. Never met such service provider, must speak it out loudly to alert other people.

I had a few issues with my house and these guys came the same day to take care of everything. I delayed getting my drains unclogged and water heater replaced but yesterday morning my pipe burst so I had to get these issues taken care of asap. thanks guys!
